Warm Up Show Information

Windy Tides Equestrian Association (WTEA) will have one Warm Up Show weekend series. We are running the show as two one day shows. Be sure and use the on line pre entry to save on your classes. Pre entry forms must be received no later than midnight, the Friday before the show. Any entries received after that time will be charged full price for the classes.

The show will be held in the Main Indoor Arena of the Evergreen Equestrian Park, Monroe Fairgrounds, in Monroe Washington.

The Show will start promptly at 7:30 AM.

If you want to be stalled with someone, be sure and use the "Group Stabling List". We have made the form an interactive .PDF Form for your convenience. When you open the form, fill it out on line. Then you can either print it out and mail it to us or e-mail the form to us using the "Submit by e-mail button" at the top of the form. No matter if you mail it to us or e-mail it to us, we must have the form and your payment in our possession no later than Midnight one week before the show. Stalls will be available starting at 5:00 PM Friday before the show (unless other arrangements have been made). All stalls will be locked that night, except the stalls that have been requested for Friday Night or for the Weekend. The Office will be open Friday night before the show from 6:00 - 7:30 PM for registration and your assistance. The Show office will be open at 7:00 AM each morning of the show. Visa and MasterCard are accepted at the show and also on line.

Helmets with chin strap are required for all English riders 17 and under. All exhibitors must wear boots. Hats are required that are appropriate for the seat you are competing in. Helmets may be worn in any class, English or Western, and will not be penalized by the judges. This is a warm up show, schooling equipment is allowed. ANY HORSE THAT IS CONSIDERED DANGEROUS, BY EITHER THE JUDGE OR SHOW MANAGEMENT, SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE SHOW ARENA.

Show attire is not required, however the judges request that your attire reflect the seat you are showing in when you are in the arena.
