Windy Tides Membership is for
a Show Year, and must be renewed every year after the Awards Banquet.
Membership must be paid a week before the show to be eligible for member rates
at the shows and they must be paid before the July Summer Spectacular in order to
qualify for Year End Awards. No points count until after membership is
paid.
If
working
at
the
shows
is
difficult
for
you,
there
are
a
few
jobs
that
do
not
require
much
time
at
each
of
the
shows
-
maybe
1/2
hour
per
show.
If
you
are
willing
to
take
on
one
of
those
jobs
for
the
entire
show
season
it
will
count
as
your
work
for
the
year.

To
Qualify
for
year
end
awards
you
must:

membership
dues

Windy
Tides, prior to
having
points
count.

|
Must show at least two shows of the Summer Spectacular Series.

|

You
must
show
at

two
Summer
Spectacular
Series
shows
in a
division
to
qualify
for
awards
in
that
division.

|
|
Either pay for non-working membership in WTEA or complete your work assignment
by the end of the August Summer Spectacular Show. Hours are recorded.

|
All
extra
volunteer
hours
(above
the
8
hours
per
exhibitor)
will
count
for
the
"Volunteer
of
the
Year"
award
at
the
end
of
the
year.

Leadline Year End Awards are special
to us. If Mom, Dad, Sister, or Brother have paid for their dues, one
Leadline Year End Award membership is Free. If two members of the immediate family
have paid their dues, you can have two Leadline Year End Award memberships. Call us
if you have any questions.
